The power of professional networks around the globe was evident at the great event we had on June 28th at Deloitte’s center for training and leadership development in Mexico City.

In my role as Chief Risk Officer Latin America at GE Capital, I had the opportunity to work with a tremendously talented team by Deloitte, the professional relationships developed remain strong and have grown since then. One of them, kindly invited me to come and share thoughts about “Career Navigation” and what is like to move forward in today’s competitive workplace.

I was delighted to give a conference and exchange views with an audience of men and women engaged in the topic. We had an open dialogue about experiences and challenges that we all (men and women) must overcome when navigating in the corporate world. I shared insights on the WDignity Model © dimensions (LOVE | MIND | SPIRT | BODY) to bring an additional perspective with helpful tools to face those challenges while aligning priorities to perform with excellence in our daily lives as human beings.
