Life balance is a personal decision. Its definition is unique to each woman’s life. We do not pretend to impose a definition; rather, we seek to open new perspectives to each woman, based on her unique personal situation. Our goal is to stimulate her thought and evaluation processes, helping her to make wise choices as she sets priorities across the four dimensions.

Through daily discernment, while making choices and transforming what needs to be changed, she begins to:

  • face what she has the right to deserve
  • understand what her mission in life is
  • seek the direction that she must take to succeed in her effort.
