What we are about

Given that we care deeply about the greater good of women, corporations, and the communities they form, we focus on providing tools to address the challenges that women face while seeking balance across the dimensions of their lives �Love, Mind, Spirit and Body �when they are active in the corporate world. To achieve this goal, we:

Provide

career coaching and leadership training to women, aspiring to bring an additional perspective on her quest for balance, while she faces the many challenges that the corporate world places on her as an employee (WDignity Companions).

Bring

tools to corporations, partnering with them in the transformation of their corporate culture while recruiting, nurturing, and retaining women as diverse talent in their organizations, within an environment that fosters a culture which enhances women’s dignity and respects feminine identity in the workplace (WDignity Culture). This is achieved through innovative approaches in organizational structures, corporate culture transformation, business strategy, and leadership training.

Contribute

to create multiple communities within the corporate environment and outside of it, where the feminine identity of women is enhanced and Women’s Dignity is recognized and preserved.

What we think

Maintaining a financially stable family is a challenge nowadays. Increasingly, global economies require dual-income families to provide for the basic needs. Sometimes women are the sole providers of their families. Traditional models have changed and are constantly transforming.

Unfortunately, corporations and society in general have not fully evolved to completely support women in the workplace and their quest to achieve balance in the four dimensions of their lives (Love, Mind, Spirit, Body):

When a woman is a wife and/or mother �even if she has a support system around her (husband, family, child care, other) �she still faces enormous challenges allocating sufficient time to each of the four dimensions for a fully functional experience.

When a woman does not have a life partner or family, or has a limited support system, she often has more responsibilities to juggle, and even less time for her own needs.

Single women without children struggle with misperceptions and assumptions made by others on herself, her life, and her priorities, posing a significant challenge towards achieving balance.

Simply stated, a working woman faces major challenges to maintain her feminine identity and achieve for balance in the four dimensions.

What we create and promote

WDignity Companions

Our career coaching and leadership training programs help women navigate within each dimension while facing the challenges of a corporate life. As we show how to center her purpose on personal growth and learning in order to achieve deeper understanding and meaning of her mission in life, we become a companion in her search for balance.

WDignity Culture

We assist corporations in creating environments in the workplace where diverse talent �especially women �can be recruited, nurtured, and retained for the greater good of the organization. Our corporate leadership, culture transformation and business strategy programs share perspectives on how to revamp, simplify and realign organizational structures for increased efficiency and productivity, while maximizing performance of the teams in the business. Female employees in particular will exceed expectations as they learn to achieve their own personal balance, while contributing their talent to the organization.

WDignity Allies

We are creating a vast network �an Alliance �of individual women and men around the world as well as forward-looking corporations. Together we take a courageous stand to move forward to preserve and enhance the Dignity of Women's Feminine identity in the workplace.

To be advocates and enablers in the preservation and enhancement of a woman’s feminine identity and dignity in the workplace through all stages of her life.

We believe

A woman who becomes aware of her true feminine identity and potential is not afraid to seek and choose what enhances her dignity as a person in the workplace and in life.

A corporation which promotes a culture that enhances women’s dignity in her many roles in life is capable not only of achieving efficiency and productivity but also of contributing to the transformation of society into a better world for everyone.
